Stunning New E Nashville Townhouse mins from B'way

Good fit for us. Everything as advertised. Short trip to Bridgestone Arena each day. Good neighborhood for a couple mile walks each morning.

Great communication with host, easy check in. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee shops etc…

The house was beautiful and perfect for three couples traveling together The location was very convenient to all of the sightseeing we had planned. The host was friendly and easy to get in touch with when we had questions. I would 100% recommend this house!

The host was quick to respond & very helpful! No real (serious) complaints as far as our stay, the townhouse was very nice & clean inside! There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we had a lot of space; having separate bathrooms was a huge plus!! The master bedroom was awesome; loved the huge bedroom w/the large bathroom & beautiful shower! The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The stairs up to the master bedroom were quite a workout There were no serious complaints from the others, regarding the other bedrooms, either. There is a train that did wake me up every time it went through, as it sounded its whistle 3-4x, although it did not wake my husband. We only stayed 3 nights, and would definitely rent here again!! I only have some suggestions/ recommendations: the front of the townhome could use a serious power washing asap (not just the brick but the windows, door frame)! You should include in your posting(s) that there is a Keurig, especially since it’s not in the photos (that I recall). I was going to message & ask but didn’t, regretted it when we found there was one in the unit!! (We prefer Keurig/k-pods and could have brought our own).Need a couple of dish cloths & a couple of dish towels in kitchen. More wash cloths in the bathroom(s). In MB we had 1 wash cloth & 2 makeup cloths, so it ended up working out fine but 2 regular wash cloths would be better. Not sure about other bathrooms. Everything really was great, thank you so much!

The place was very clean and can accommodate a large group. There are grocery stores close by which is helpful. Everyone should know that East Nashville is a transitional area where there are areas that are not very clean and don't appear to be very safe and others where young families are moving in. We did not feel unsafe but others may not feel the same way. Not much in the immediate area for kids but lots of cool nightclubs and places to eat that are away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville bars. This unit is on a very busy two-lane street and close to a main line railroad track where multiple trains go by every day, sometimes early in the morning. The unit is 3 stories with each level having 18 steps to get to the bedrooms. If you have trouble with steps you may want to try another place. I would recommend this to others but with the caveats summarized above.
